Museums, galleries, libraries, and educational institutions interested in requesting loans from BEMAF’s collection for exhibition should send a brief description of the exhibition, the facility, and how the inclusion of objects from the collection further the project’s goals.
If you are a scholar, journalist, and other writer interested in reproducing images from the collection, please send a request including a description of the project, print run or online location, language, and other pertinent details.
The highlights shown on the website constitute only a small percentage of the entire collection. If you are interested in objects related to the collection’s primary areas for an exhibition or publication, please send a letter of inquiry.
